Video Shows How Congested Air Traffic Has Become

Using modern technologies with fantastic artwork, the daily flights over the North Atlantic are detailed and mapped, showing the vast quantity of air space being used at one time.

NATS, or North Atlantic Skies, is Britain's number one air traffic controller. Every year, NATS controls "2.2 million flights and 220 million passengers in UK airspace."

Each region on the map shown in the video and has its own traffic controller that aids pilots with the airspace.
