The Bergdahl swap continues its death spiral with the American people with a majority now saying they disapprove of the exchange in a new Washington Post/ ABC News poll.

Fifty-one percent of Americans say they don't support the decision to release five Taliban prisoners in exchange for the return of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl.  According to the Washington Post, this is the first poll showing a majority of Americans are against the deal.

When you bring up the questions surrounding Bergdahl's alleged desertion, 73% of Americans feel he should be charged for the crime.  Overall, there's a net disapproval spread by 63 points over this prisoner exchange that was spearheaded by the Obama administration, when conditional disapproval (if he's a deserter, etc.) is added in.
