Monopoly Mascot Makes Appearance at Google CEO's Testimony

There are many ways to make a point without using words. Sometimes a top hat, a white mustache and a monocle will suffice when you plan to photobomb a televised event.

And so it was that Rich Uncle Pennybags of Monopoly fame was among the spectators in the hearing room when Google CEO Sundar Pichai gave his opening statement to the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday. You can see him this still shot, over Pichai's left shoulder, several rows back.

The man, name unknown, may have been making a point about Google's size and search-engine dominance.
