On his nationally syndicated radio talk show Wednesday, host Mark Levin warned that the United States “may not survive” when its institutions are “rotting from within.”
“We have some real problems with some of our institutions in this country,” stated Mark Levin. “You know, I’m listening to the media and the Democrats go on about the divisions within the Republican Party and so forth and so on – and we will survive those divisions – but there are certain things that we may not survive, when our institutions are under attack or they’re rotting from within.”
Levin’s comments came as news reports surfaced concerning the “timeline of events involving former President Bill Clinton, uranium mining deals in Kazakhstan, multi-million dollar donations to the Clinton Foundation, and the U.S.-government approved sale of Uranium One to the Russian state-owned Rosatom, a purchase now under investigation by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley (R-Iowa).”
Below is a transcript of Levin’s remarks from his show Wednesday:
“We have some real problems with some of our institutions in this country. You know, I’m listening to the media and the Democrats go on about the divisions within the Republican Party and so forth and so on – and we will survive those divisions – but there are certain things that we may not survive, when our institutions are under attack or they’re rotting from within.
“I want to talk about two of them right now: the FBI – and by this I mean senior management at the FBI – and the media.
“We have a number of incredibly outrageous and dangerous scandals that have taken place. And these scandals were given birth during the prior administration.
“I can’t think of a single rational reason, not a single justification for the Obama administration, for Hillary Clinton, for Eric Holder, and their surrogates agreeing to convey 20 percent of our uranium – control over 20 percent of our uranium – to the Russians. I can’t think of any, any rational basis for that – period.
“145 million dollars from Russia front operations and others winds up at the Clinton Library and Foundation, around the same time. Not two years before, not three years after, Clinton gives a half a million-dollar speech in Russia, around the same time 20 percent interest in our uranium is conveyed to the Russians.
“And the media believe this is a distraction. It’s no big deal.
“The FBI, under Robert Mueller, the now special counsel investigating Russia collusion, was absolutely well aware of this and related criminality involving bribes and payoffs and so forth and so on, as reported by John Solomon and others, to a Russian who was allowed into the United States on a temporary visa – the visa was extended – where he was making all these payments, conducting all this criminal conduct for the purpose of empowering and allowing the Russian government, Putin to influence, control aspects of our uranium production and transportation, as well as sales of uranium within our own borders.
“Mr. Mueller was well aware of this, and Mr. Mueller, despite all the hearings in Congress, behind closed doors and in front of the cameras, never told Congress. The U.S. attorney who prosecuted this Russian was the U.S. attorney for the state of Maryland. He never told Congress. His name is Robert Rosenstein. He’s the current deputy attorney general of the United States who’s overseeing Russian investigations writ large because the Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself.
“Rosenstein, as you know, would later appoint Mueller as special counsel for so-called Russian collusion and so forth and so on.
“None of this bothers the media – none of it.”
