ABC Talks Iran Warning, Shows Trump ‘Go Nuclear’ Graphic

By Eric Scheiner | February 2, 2017 | 10:20am EST

ABC World News with David Muir started off the program Wednesday night showing a graphic of President Donald Trump with the quote “Go Nuclear,” while Muir spoke about “that warning to Iran, putting that country, quote, on notice.”

The video can be seen below.

The graphic of Trump with text saying, “Trump: ‘Go Nuclear’ is up while Muir says the following.

"Good evening, and it's great to have you with us here on a Wednesday night, and we are following two major headlines coming out of the Trump White House. Tonight, that warning to Iran, putting that country, quote, on notice. Also less than 24 hours after the president revealed his pick for the Supreme Court…”

The graphic fades away as Muir continues.

“…he is telling Republicans to go nuclear to get his pick through if it comes to that.”
