The trailer for the pro-life movie Unplanned reached the top spot on iTunes last week, according to The Daily Wire.

“The trailer now hovers above such recognizable brand names as ‘Aladdin,’ ‘Child’s Play,’ and ‘Avengers: Endgame,’” The Daily Wire reported on Feb. 14.

Unplanned, which is based on a book of the same title by Abby Johnson, tells the story of Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood clinic director who scheduled abortions and advocated for the “pro-choice” cause. One day, after watching an ultrasound-guided abortion take place, Johnson found she could no longer participate in the abortion industry.

Johnson has since become a pro-life speaker and heads a nonprofit organization called And Then There Were None, which provides financial, legal, emotional and spiritual support to abortion clinic workers so they can leave the abortion industry.

In the film, which was directed by Cary Solomon and Chuck Konzelman, actress Ashley Bratcher plays the role of Johnson. Johnson’s story is personal for Bratcher, who found out in the early stages of filming Unplanned that she was almost aborted.

Bratcher said she was “blown away” by the fact that Unplanned had reached the number one spot on iTunes.

“I am blown away by the response to ‘Unplanned,’” she said. “I can hardly find the words to describe how I feel. Seeing our trailer hit the #1 spot is incredible. Our cast and crew poured their hearts and souls into making this film and I can’t wait to share this story of hope with the world on March 29th.”

As of this writing, the trailer for Unplanned sits at number 42 on the iTunes list.

Unplanned is set to hit theaters on March 29.
