“There’s not a single shred of evidence” of sexual assault, so Democrats are using totalitarian tactics to discredit Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh, constitutional scholar Mark Levin said Wednesday.

In an interview on Fox News, Levin told host Sean Hannity that the Democrats believe they can use totalitarian tactics to circumvent both the Constitution and Bill of Rights by using the Senate Judiciary Committee to destroy Kavanaugh:

“(Democrats believe) only the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Bill of Rights don’t apply; only the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Constitution doesn’t apply. No due process, no presumption of innocence, because they have to make that case.”

“The reason why they blow this off – that this isn’t a court of law – is because that’s how totalitarians think.”

Levin then condemned the members of the Senate Judiciary Committee for the way they’ve handled the accusations against Kavanaugh, saying they must be either “perverts or totalitarians”:

“I’m starting to wonder about the Senate Judiciary Committee, Sean. They’re either full of perverts or totalitarians. It’s one or the other. They are gleeful, they are inciting, and they’re salivating over all of this. It is a disgusting spectacle.”
