As Hollywood celebrities are coming forward to accuse industry mogul Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment, a new flashback compilation video shows multiple famous actors thanked him as they received their Oscars over the years.

One who has since accused Weinstein of harassment, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, can be seen thanking him at the Oscars, The Daily Wire reports:

“In a compilation video produced by Quartz, a slew of actors and actresses can be seen getting emotional while thanking Weinstein for their Oscar win. Some of the stars include Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Penélope Cruz, Renée Zellweger, Michael Caine, and Gwyneth Paltrow, who has since alleged that she was harassed by of the producer when she was younger.”

The Daily Wire goes on to cite another of its articles – citing a study showing that celebrities receiving Oscars have actually used the platform to thank Weinstein more than they did to thank God:

“According to a study by Vocativ in 2015 that analyzed 1,396 acceptance speeches, Weinstein ranked number 2 on the list of those who received the most gratitude on Oscar night. Four spots behind him was God at number six.”

“The Academy” itself received the most “Thanks,’ according to the study.
