Media Research Center President Brent Bozell has publicly released a letter to Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, calling on Dorsey to tell Americans if, and how, he plans to address Twitter’s practice of censoring conservative posts.

On Thursday, Bozell issued a statement condemning Twitter’s “shadow-banning” of conservative opinions as, literally, “the most sinister threat to free speech in history.”

On Friday, Bozell released the text of his letter to Dorsey, presented below.

Dear Mr. Dorsey,

By now, you have no doubt seen the devastating and damning videos released by James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas. In these videos, one Twitter employee after another is caught on tape smugly celebrating how conservatives are “shadow-banned” on your platform.

Project Veritas’s videos provide evidence which cannot be disputed.

The purpose of this letter is to ask if censorship of conservative voices is the official policy at Twitter. If not, what steps are you going to take to remedy this situation and release to assuage the public of Twitter’s commitment to free speech?

We are releasing this letter publicly and will distribute it to our millions of grassroots supporters. We will also release publicly your response or lack thereof.

L. Brent Bozell III
