HHS' Sebelius: Attorneys General Suing Over Health Care Law Because They're Seeking 'Higher Office'

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said that most of the 14 state attorneys general who have filed lawsuits against the new health care law that mandates that every American buy health insurance are doing so because they have aspirations for “higher office” politically.
