(CNSNews.com) - Hillary Clinton's job-creation plan would allow indebted people to take on even more debt.
The Democrat presidential nominee talked about it on Monday in St. Petersburg, Florida:
"Most of the jobs of the future are going to come from small businesses, so I'm going to work hard to help more people start businesses," Clinton said.
"And I've got an idea for young people, because I meet young people all the time who say they want to start a small business, but they can't get credit because they have student loans.
"I'm going to -- I'm going to make it possible for you -- not only everyone with student loans -- to pay them down with a lower interest rate and end the payment after ten years.
"But if you want to start a business, we're going to put a moratorium on your student loan payment so you can actually borrow the money to get the business started.
"Now, you can tell I'm pretty excited about what we can do to start new businesses and create new jobs!"
Clinton says her plan would create 10 million jobs in her first term.
