(CNSNews.com) - Following a 38-35 double overtime victory over the Denver Broncos in the AFC Divisional playoff on Saturday, Baltimore Ravens Linebacker Ray Lewis said “God is amazing".

Lewis was asked by CBS Sports reporter Solomon Wilcots “Ray, you told us last night that you believed you guys could come in here and break the Broncos 11 game winning streak, what allowed you to believe you could do so?”

Lewis responded by paraphraing Isaiah 54:17,  “No weapon formed shall prosper. No weapon. No Weapon. No Weapon."

"God is amazing, and when you believe in him, man believes in the possible, God believes in the impossible," Lewis continued,  "And I told you guys last night, our team is so confident that everything went against us, but we found a way to come here together and we’re leaving together.”

The Baltimore Ravens will now play the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday, January 20.

Lewis has previously announced he will retire after the season.
