(CNSNews.com) -- Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the pro-life Susan B. Anthony List, applauded President Donald Trump for reinstating the Mexico City Policy, which prohibits taxpayer-funding of abortions overseas, and she added that if social conservatives can help get another Neil Gorsuch on the Supreme Court, then "we're talking about overturning Roe vs. Wade."

Gorsuch is the conservative justice appointed to the high court by Trump earlier this year, and approved by the Senate in April.

During a Sept. 26 EWTN News Nightly report about how social conservatives are enjoying far more access to the president than in previous administrations, Dannenfelser talked about some of Trump's pro-life victories.

"There are several items that are very measureable so far, that are very successful," she said.  "One would be the reinstatement of the Mexico City Policy."

That policy prevents U.S. taxpayer money from being used to fund abortions overseas, a policy that had been suspended by President Barack Obama.

Dannenfelser also talked about the success of getting Neil Gorsuch on the Supreme Court.

“There’s no question that the Supreme Court justice, Neil Gorsuch, is a complete success," said Dannenfelser. "If we can get even one more like Neil Gorsuch, we’re talking about overturning Roe vs. Wade.”

There are nine justices on the high court. Liberal Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is 84 years old; the liberal Anthony Kennedy is 81 years old; and the liberal Stephen Breyer is 79 years old. Neil Gorsuch, age 50, is the youngest associate justice on the court.
