(CNSNews.com) - David Bossie, president of Citizens United, says Hillary Clinton is “going to create a 28th Amendment to overturn the First Amendment.”

“Just so the American people understand this: Hillary Clinton in her first 30 days is not going to focus on getting and defeating ISIS or getting the middle east under control or fixing any myriad of foreign policy problems whether it's Russia or China or any others, or getting our economy rolling again, or getting America's education system. But she's going to create the 28th Amendment to overturn the First Amendment,” Bossie told CNSNews.com.

Bossie says Citizens United is well known because of the 2010 Supreme Court Decision ‘Citizens United vs. the FEC.’ A case in which the court ruled that First Amendment freedom of speech prohibited the government from restricting independent political spending.

Bossie still meets many that are unaware the case started when the government stopped the distribution of the Citizens United 2008 film on Hillary Clinton.

“They have no idea that Citizens United isn't an amorphous name on a court case -that we're a real living, breathing organization and have been for nearly 30 years.”

“We educate people when they hear about the case. They understand what it was about that it was about a movie about Hillary Clinton in 2008 that we are- we win people's hearts and minds over because they understand exactly what is in store for them,” Bossie said Thursday during a movie screening in Cleveland.

“Because the government argued in our case that they could not only ban film but ban books if they disagree with the content. And that's not what America is about.”

Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign has announced she would propose a constitutional amendment to overturn the Citizens United case, if elected,  earlier this month.
