When the Supreme Court ruled (5-4) to legalize homosexual marriage nationwide last year, it "opened the floodgates" for immoality in America "and perhaps brought the judgment of God" to this county, said Pastor Rick Scarborough, the founder of Vision America, author of Enough is Enough and a co-author of Judicial Tyranny

"As you well know, if we don’t hang together, we’re certainly going to hang separately as Benjamin Franklin said, amen?" remarkd Dr. Scarborough at a Vote Your Values event on Oct. 5, sponsored by the American Pastors Network.

"Can you imagine a day in America when a qualified judge would be disqualified because he believes marriage is between a man and a woman?" said Dr. Scarborough.  "Yet we’re living in that time."

"[W]hen that edict was passed down, when five unelected lawyers, as Chief Justice Roberts called them, handed down the marriage ruling and said, that, despite natural law and despite all of God’s revelation and thousands of years of history, we declare that a man can marry a man, they opened the floodgates for an immoral life such as we have never known in this country," he said, "and perhaps brought the judgment of God, finally, completely upon our country.”

The purpose of Vision America, according to its website, "is to inform, encourage and mobilize pastors and their congregations to be proactive in restoring Judeo-Christian values to the moral and civic framework in their communities, states, and our nation."
