Concerning the protests, marches, violence, and media and Hollywood attacks against President Donald Trump, Christian speaker and author Dr. Lance Wallnau said what America is witnessing is the "manifestation of an enraged demon through the populace," a supernatural phenomenon that was sparked by expelling the "spirit of witchcraft" that "was in the Oval Office."

Dr. Wallnau made his remarks on the Feb. 8 edition of The Jim Bakker Show. During a discussion about liberals' reaction to President Trump, such as through the Women's March in late January, Wallnau said, "Some are saying one thing they’re about -- it’s about immigration, or it’s about taking my rights away,  or it’s about abortion, or it’s about Trump’s misogynistic handling of women. They all had different opinions."

He continued, "Now, listen to this: When Paul was in Ephesus – see, what I believe is happening is there was a deliverance of the nation from the spirit of witchcraft in the Oval Office.”

“The spirit of witchcraft was in the Oval Office," said Wallnau, "it was about to intensify to a higher level demon principality, and God came along with a wrecking ball [Trump] and shocked everyone."

"The church cried out for mercy and – bam! -- God knocked that spirit out, and what you’re looking at is the manifestation of an enraged demon through the populace," said Wallnau.

Dr. Lance Wallnau is the author of God's Chaos Candidate: Donald J. Trump and The American Unraveling.  As USA Today reported on Nov. 10, 2016, two days after the presidential election, Wallnau had written a commentary back on Oct. 5 entitled "Why I Believe Donald Trump Is the Prophesied President," in which he predicted Trump's electoral victory.
