Nationally syndicated radio talk show host Mark Levin paid his respects to the late Alan Colmes Thursday saying, “RIP, Alan, and my deepest sympathy to his family.”

Alan Colmes, a radio and television host and commentator best known as the liberal voice on the Fox News Channel and the counterpunch to his conservative colleague Sean Hannity, has died. “Fox spokeswoman Dana Klinghoffer confirmed his death Thursday,” noted the Associated Press.

“I was fortunate to get to know Alan a bit off camera,” Mark Levin said of the 66-year-old Colmes on Facebook. “He was a very nice and decent man. And while we rarely agree about politics, he never took any of the back-and-forth personally.”
