On his nationally syndicated radio talk show Monday, host Mark Levin called out former President Barack Obama for his part in the Iran nuclear deal, saying the 44th president “didn’t just appease,” but “affirmatively assisted” Iran’s nuke program.

“We have a prior president of the United States [Obama] who didn’t just appease them, he provided them the money to get the nukes,” stated Mark Levin. “So he affirmatively assisted them.”

Mark Levin’s remarks came after “Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday revealed a cache of files he claims were obtained from Iran and prove the country ran a secret program to build nuclear weapons,” reported CNBC.

“In a nationally televised address, Netanyahu says Israel recently obtained 55,000 documents and 183 CDs of information from Iran’s ‘nuclear archives,’ according to The Times of Israel. “‘These files conclusively prove that Iran is brazenly lying when it says it never had a nuclear weapons program,’ he says at a press conference in Tel Aviv. ‘The files prove that.’”

Below is a transcript of Mark Levin’s comments from his show Monday:

“There’s one country – several – but one in particular, that keeps saying it wants to destroy America, and that’s Iran. And Iran has built ICBMs. They’re trying to perfect them, and Iran has wanted to build nuclear warheads to put on their ICBMs. And you don’t need an ICBM to hit Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. You need an ICBM to hit Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and so forth.

“And the Islamo-nazis who control Tehran through corruption, through brute force and so forth and so on, they’re quite serious about what they’re doing – quite serious.

“And so, there was a remarkable press event by the prime minister of Israel. You know, this isn’t even about Israel. This is about us. It’s about the whole world and Israel. We have a country here, which is a rogue country, which is ideological, which are ideologically jihadist – which it is. And they’re trying to get nukes.

“We have a prior president of the United States who didn’t just appease them, he provided them the money to get the nukes. So he affirmatively assisted them.

“And his people today are running around saying the fact that Iran lied about what it was doing is more reason we need the deal. Have you ever heard anything so stupid in your life? The illogic is unbelievable.

“So, I had to make a choice today. Do I play clip after clip after clip of Michelle Wolf, who must of us have never heard of before, who is an irrelevancy? She isn’t even a pimple on an elephant’s butt. She’s not even a footnote to a footnote to a footnote. Or do we spend a little bit of time listening to what Netanyahu had to say about what they found?

“The Mossad – their equivalent of the CIA – obviously, somehow, from Iran, got tens of thousands of pages of evidence: files, CDs, you name it.”
