On his nationally syndicated radio talk show, host Mark Levin railed against former President Barack Obama and the media, suggesting Obama “should have been impeached,” and yet “all the media guns are aimed at Trump.”

“Now, if Barack Obama were still president, he should have been impeached, and this should have been, certainly, one of the reasons,” stated Mark Levin. “But there are multiple reasons. No president has ever done anything like this, and I could say that in many instances with Obama.”

“And all the media guns are aimed at Trump,” Levin stated later in his show. “Trump is the victim. We are the victim[s].”

Mark Levin’s comments came after Politico investigative reporter Josh Meyer reported on the Iran nuclear deal and released Part I of the story, “The secret backstory of how Obama let Hezbollah off the hook,” a report in which Meyer describes how “the Obama administration derailed an ambitious law enforcement campaign targeting drug trafficking by the Iranian-backed terrorist group Hezbollah” in order to secure a nuclear deal with Iran.

Below is a transcript of Levin’s remarks from his show:

“Well, folks, there’s now more to this. In order to get this Iran deal – not only was the Constitution subverted, not only were international felons and international terror supporters allowed to go – now it turns out that the Obama administration ‘How Hezbollah turned to trafficking cocaine and laundering money through used cars to finance its expansion.’ And the title of the story is ‘The secret backstory of how Obama let Hezbollah off the hook.’

“Now, if Barack Obama were still president, he should have been impeached, and this should have been, certainly, one of the reasons. But there are multiple reasons. No president has ever done anything like this, and I could say that in many instances with Obama.

“The domestic political espionage that took place on an opposition party on an opposition candidate—I don’t think there’s any question about it. The politicization of the highest levels of the FBI, the Justice Department and the intelligence agencies, not to mention the NSC—it’s disgusting.

“And all the media guns are aimed at Trump. Trump is the victim. We are the victim[s].

“This is a very, very long story, and it’s called ‘Part I,’ ‘Part I’ of ‘The secret backstory of how Obama let Hezbollah off the hook.’

“Amazingly, it’s in Politico because this reporter Josh Meyer, who we’ve been trying to get all day to come on the program, I guess they gave him the nix, told him last time when he came on the show he’s not allowed to do it again, as I’m not a big fan of Politico.

“I don’t know how this guy gets to do this, but he did it. And he deserves the Pulitzer prize, whether he comes on my show or not, whether he’s banned from my show or not.

“This story is not getting the attention it deserves because no story that reveals Obama for selling out America, as he did in so many instances, ever gets fulsome coverages by the Pretorian Guard media.”
