James Woods: 'When I See Americans On Their Knees at Gunpoint by Iranians, It Makes Me Sick'

By Mark Judge | January 13, 2016 | 4:04pm EST

Actor James Woods has expressed anger at an image showing U.S. Navy soldiers surrendering to members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

The 10 soldiers were captured in the Persian Gulf on Tuesday and released on Wednesday. The U.S. military said that mechanical trouble with the boat caused the crew to drift into Iranian waters.

Woods tweeted: "When I see Americans on their knees at gunpoint by Iranians, it makes me sick. Shame on you, #BarackObama. #Iran Deal."

Woods then reposted the photo in a new tweet, writing, "All jawboning by #Kerry and other numbskulls aside, this photo will forever represent the disaster that was #Obama."
