The hosts of ABC’s  The View discussed the results of the presidential election Wednesday, with co-host Sara Haines saying that “maybe I am in a bubble” and that “it really was like a punch in the gut.”

“I think the scary part for me was maybe being caught off guard that I wasn’t in touch with the country I live in,” Haines said discussing the presidential election victory of Donald Trump.

“And that maybe I am in a bubble, when critics come out on social media and say you don't know what the world's about, sadly now, I woke up and I thought maybe I don't. It really was like a punch in the gut.”

Co-host Joy Behar claimed that she and co-host Whoopi Goldberg “are already on his (Trump’s) enemies list.”

“It was a rough night for everybody I think,” Behar said.
