“Excuse me, this isn’t a baseball game,” Mark Levin told media analysts on his nationally syndicated radio talk show Thursday night, in reference to their remarks about Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh during his testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday.

“And then we were told, “I don’t know, that looks like a knockout punch. That looks like a knockout punch, and I don’t know if Kavanaugh’s up to it. He’s way behind on, on the count now. He’s really going to have to do a spectacular performance. I don’t know. Blah, blah, blah— ,” said Levin.

“Excuse me, this isn’t a baseball game.”

Mark Levin’s comments came in response to commentary by media analysts about Judge Kavanaugh during his testimony. Kavanaugh denied allegations by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford that the judge allegedly sexually assaulted her at a party when the two were both in high school some 36 years ago.

Below is a transcript of Levin's remarks from his show Thursday:

“Now let’s look at Judge Kavanaugh. We’re told there is no presumption of innocence, and there is no due process. So, this system is set up against the man. And for 10 days, he and his family are, are being crushed in the media – you know, the free press. They’re being crushed in the media.

“Then we’re being told by media analysts and hosts and news people what he has to do to survive.

“Oh, excuse me?

“Judge Ford gives her testimony, and I felt the prosecutor, Rachel Mitchell, really unraveled a number of issues, created gaps. The media is impatient, they’re anxious and they think you’re stupid.

I don’t think this is going to work. I – I – you know, you know, she’s acting like she’s in a courtroom, and she’s this, and she’s that and—”

“It worked beautifully. She did a terrific job. Everybody can’t be beating their chest like they’re, you know, some left-wing kook on the committee.

“And then we were told, 'I don’t know, that looks like a knockout punch. That looks like a knockout punch, and I don’t know if Kavanaugh’s up to it. He’s way behind on, on the count now. He’s really going to have to do a spectacular performance. I don’t know. Blah, blah, blah—'

“Excuse me, this isn’t a baseball game.”
