Poll: More Women Than Men Resolve to Improve Habits in 2018

A YouGov Omnibus poll finds that more women than men have New Year’s resolutions to improve their habits when it comes to eating, exercising, sleeping and spending in 2018.

The nationwide survey of U.S. adults (18+) reveals the percentage of men and women who have made resolutions to:

Save More Money:

  • Women: 42%
  • Men: 31%

Eat Healthier/Exercise More:

  • Women: 41%
  • Men: 33%

Get More Sleep/Tale Better Care of Self:

  • Women: 29%
  • Men: 20%

About a third of both women (31%) and men (33%) have resolved not to make any resolutions for 2018.
