Some of the biggest names in entertainment actually are quite patriotic. Here are just five of them.

To celebrate the Fourth of July, Lifezette has published a list of “Five of Hollywood’s Most Patriotic Celebrities”:

Gary Sinise: Sinise has been supporting members of the military and veteran organizations in countless ways through the Gary Sinise Foundation, which he founded in 2011, and his music with the Lt. Dan Band.”

Kellie Pickler: Country singer Pickler was the 2015 recipient of the Operation Troop Aid Chris Kyle Patriot Award, an award in honor of the late Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, as well as the 2016 recipient of the Bob Hope Spirit of Hope Award.

Trace Adkins: Another country music star, Adkins: visits wounded servicemen and the families of those who have lost loved ones who served. He has participated in 10 USO tours.

Clint Eastwood: This director/actor’s films have often honored the nation’s military and those who have served.

Denzel Washington: “With a background that includes time spent at a military school, Washington has played in at least six movies in which he donned a military uniform of some kind.” The actor has also donated to charity in an effort to help those wounded in combat and their families.
