“I wish Rev. Warnock would read the Bible for real,” Evangelist Alveda King says, commenting on U.S. Senate candidate Reverend Raphael Warnock's pro-abortion stance.
“I am a pro-choice pastor,” U.S. Senate candidate Reverend Raphael Warnock (D-Georgia) declared Tuesday in a Twitter post.
Warnock, who will take part in a runoff election in January, was following up on a post on Monday in which he voiced his support for “a woman’s right to choose”:
“I believe in a woman's right to choose because these aren’t political decisions, they are personal ones women should make with their doctor — not the government.”
“He cares nothing about our protection, our safety, our babies in the womb,” Evangelist Alveda King said Monday, reacting to Warnock’s pro-abortion stance in an interview with Fox and Friends First.

“I wish Rev. Warnock would read the Bible for real,” King, Director or Civil Rights for the Unborn for Priests for Life, said in a statement released Wednesday.
“Without life, all our other rights are meaningless,” King said, criticizing “The pro-abortion, anti-life platform preached by Rev. Warnock.”
