(CNSNews.com) - House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.) on Saturday retweeted a message sent out by Archbishop Elpidophoros, the Greek Orthodox archbishop of America, marking the Orthodox Easter and calling on the faithful to "use this moment of isolation to pray as One Body."
“I fervently pray for a blessed Anastasis (Easter) for all,” said the message from the archbishop that Pelosi retweeted.

“May we use this moment of isolation to pray as One Body for the health, safety, and recovery of all humanity, as we rejoice in the Resurrection of our Lord,” he said.
In her retweet, Pelosi said: “As Orthodox Christians across America and around the world receive the Light during this unprecedented time, I wish you all a Happy Easter.”
The archbishop’s tweet that Pelosi retweeted included a video of an Orthodox chant. It said: “Come receive the light from the light that is never overtaken by night and glorify Christ who is risen from the dead.”
