(CNSNews.com) - Would you like a little milk with your cereal? Or do you prefer a heaping helping of liberal activism?

Now available on grocer shelves -- Kellogg's limited edition "Together With Pride" cereal, a collaboration between the cereal-maker and GLAAD, an LGBTQ+ advocacy group.

"Our delicious new recipe features berry-flavored, rainbow hearts dusted with edible glitter," said Kellogg General Manager Doug VanDeVelde. "We can't wait for fans to try our latest limited run."

"Kellogg's new Together With Pride cereal will create opportunities for homes and families to have conversations about the importance of acceptance, compassion and understanding, especially when it comes to LGBTQ+ youth," said GLAAD President & CEO Sarah Kate Ellis.

The outreach effort includes "correct" pronouns:

"Kellogg is not only building on an ongoing commitment to support the LGBTQ+ community, but initiatives that spotlight the importance of using correct pronouns to create safe and welcoming spaces for trans and nonbinary people," Ellis said.

"Together With Pride" cereal follows Kellogg's earlier collaboration with GLAAD to produce "All Together" cereal, which was available only online for a limited time.

According to the May 20 news release announcing Kellogg's latest nod to the homosexual-lesbian-bisexual-transgender-questioning-plus movement:

LGBTQ+ icons and friends of GLAAD will start their day with the new cereal to celebrate that no matter who you are or who you love, you are too awesome to fit into a (cereal) box. Fans can get involved by joining the #BoxesAreForCerealChallenge via TikTok and for every box purchased and by uploading your receipt, Kellogg will donate $3 (up to $140,000) to support GLAAD's efforts in accelerating acceptance and advancing equality for the LGBTQ+ community.

Kellogg says its "Boxes are for cereal, not people" effort embodies and celebrates Kellogg Company's "commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, not just within Kellogg Company, but also at the tables of our cereal fans coast to coast. As Kellogg has grown its multiyear allyship with GLAAD, the company hopes to spread the word on allyship and show its support for the transgender and gender nonconforming communities."

Kellogg Company describes its vision as one of "a good and just world where people are not just fed but fulfilled. We are creating better days and a place at the table for everyone through our trusted food brands."

Those brands include: Pringles, Cheez-It, Special K, Frosted Flakes, Pop-Tarts, Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies, Eggo, Mini-Wheats, Kashi, RXBAR, MorningStar Farms, and more.
