(CNSNews.com) - Former Vice President Joe Biden, the Democratic presidential nominee, sent out two tweets on Wednesday evening expressing his commitment to tell Americans the truth.
“I promise you that if I am elected, I’ll always tell you the truth,” said Biden in the first tweet.
“I’ll listen to experts and do everything I can to contain this virus,” he said.
“And I’ll always put your health and safety first—no matter the political cost,” he said.
In the second tweet, Biden said: “You deserve a president who tells the truth.”
