U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) law enforcement officers have been directed by Washington D.C. headquarters not to apprehend immigrant fugitives and individuals who have committed a federal felony by illegally re-entering the country after being removed, testified an ICE officer before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Policy and Enforcement.
