Speaking Tuesday night Cardinal Donald Wuerl criticized the Obama administration for creating a new definition for religious institutions to be exempt from the HHS mandate, “You can only care for your own and you can only hire your own. Now imagine, blessed Theresa of Calcutta, she doesn’t qualify. In the story that Jesus tells of the ‘Good Samaritian’, he doesn’t qualify. Why? Because you’re caring for someone other than your own.”
