If Security-Clearance Check Reveals Homosexuality, Info Can’t Be Used To Discharge Soldiers, Says Defense Dept

The Department of Defense told CNSNews.com that the military will no longer use information about a service member’s sexuality obtained during the course of a “personnel security investigation” as grounds for removing them from the armed forces under the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy.
