NORTON, Mass. (AP) — For all that went wrong on the back nine, Bubba Watson at least has the lead at the Deutsche Bank Championship.

Right when he was starting to pull away Sunday in the third round at the TPC Boston, Watson dropped three shots in a five-hole stretch and failed to birdie the easy par-5 18th. He still managed a 1-under 70 for a one-shot lead going into the final round of the second FedEx Cup playoff event.

The Labor Day finish could be wide open.

Adam Scott and Jason Day were among five players in a tie for second. Luke Donald, the No. 1 player in the world, was in a large group just two shots behind. Phil Mickelson shot 63 in the morning and is only 4 shots back.
