TSA finds inert grenades in passenger's bag in NJ

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — The Transportation Security Administration says five inert grenades have been found in a passenger's bag at New Jersey's Newark Liberty International Airport.

The discovery was first reported Monday by CBS New York (http://cbsloc.al/v8Y7mj ).

The discovery came Sunday in the bag of a passenger heading to Belgium. The TSA says the owner of the grenades surrendered them and there was no impact on airport operations.
