(CNSNews.com) - On April 1, 2010, a week after Obama signed Obamacare into law, President Barack Obama said: "If you like your insurance plan, you will keep it. No one will be able to take that away from you.”

When asked Tuesday by CNSNews.com whether that was a true or false statement, Sen. Ron Wyden (D.-Ore.) evaded the question.

CNSNews.com asked Wyden: "After President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act he said if you like your insurance plan you can keep it and that no one can take it away from you. Was that a true or false statement?"

Wyden: “What I’m focused on is making the exchanges work."

CNSNews.com: "O.K., but--"

Wyden: “I’ll be getting into that tomorrow, and that’s what I’m focused on now.”
