(CNSNews.com) – President-elect Donald Trump refused to give CNN Senior White House Correspondent Jim Acosta a chance to ask a question at a press conference today and said to the CNN reporter: "You are fake news."

Immediately before that, Trump had criticized what he described as a false story that had been published by another organization.

“I think it was disgraceful--disgraceful--that the intelligence agencies allowed any information that turned out to be so false and fake out. I think it’s a disgrace, and I say that, and I say that, and that’s something that Nazi, Germany, would have done and did do.

"I think it’s a disgrace that information that was false and fake and never happened got released to the public," said Trump. "As far as Buzzfeed, which is a failing pile of garbage, writing it, I think they’re going to suffer the consequences. They already are."

Trump was also critical of CNN.

As Trump attempted to call on another reporter, Acosta yelled out, but Trump refused to call on him.

“Sir, since you’re attacking us. Can you give us a question?” Acosta asked. “Mr. President-elect, since you’re attacking our news organization, can you give us a chance. You are attacking our news organization. Can you give us a chance to ask a question, sir?”

“No, not you, not you. Your organization’s terrible. Your organization’s terrible,” Trump told Acosta.

“Let’s go. Go ahead,” Trump said to another reporter.

“Quiet, quiet,” Trump told Acosta as he shouted again.

“Mr. President-elect, can you state categorically—Mr. President-elect, can you give us a question? You’re attacking us. Can you give us a question? Can you give us a question?” Acosta asked.

“Don’t be rude. Don’t be rude. No, I’m not going to give you a question. I’m not going to give you a question,” Trump said. “You are fake news.”
