GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) — Matthew Busche has won the USA Cycling Pro road race, outsprinting hometown favorite George Hincapie at the line in a rousing finish to the national championships.

Busche and Hincapie were part of a final breakaway of four riders Monday. Hincapie was only a few strides from his fourth road race title when Busche pushed past him.

Busche's victory comes after last week's report by "60 Minutes" in which former Lance Armstrong teammate Tyler Hamilton said he saw the cycling great use performance-enhancing drugs.

The CBS program also reported that Hincapie, Armstrong's close friend and ex-teammate, told federal authorities he and Armstrong supplied each other with performance-enhancing drugs and discussed them.
