(CNSNews.com) - A senior administration official participating in a White House conference call with reporters very early Monday morning called the successful raid that killed al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden “a model of really seamless collaboration across our government.”

“Since 9/11, this is what the American people have expected of us, and today, in this critical operation, we were able to finally deliver,” said the unnamed official.

The White House has posted a transcript of the conference call briefing in which a group of senior officials describe the intelligence gathering that led to the raid and the operation itself. The transcript is available here.
