ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — An Anchorage man has been arrested following a bar shooting that left two people dead and two injured.

Police say that 29-year-old Vang Chang was arrested Monday night. He's charged with misconduct involving a weapon, and assault and tampering with evidence.

Chang is accused of taking one of the handguns from one of the shooters and leaving with it. Police say he ran away from J.J.'s Lounge but was followed by a witness. Police say he pointed the handgun at that person.

Police on Monday also identified the two people killed in the early Monday shooting. Police say 28-year-old Ka Meng Chang and 35-year-old Emilio Salvadore Ramirez, also known as Mario Lopez, were killed. Police say Ka Meng Chang and Vang Chang are related but they aren't sure how.
