ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — The jury foreman in the Casey Anthony trial says he didn't look at her when the not guilty verdict was read.
In an interview aired Friday, the 38-year-old football coach told ABC's "Good Morning America" he would simply walk away if he ever sees Anthony again. His name was not given.
Anthony was acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee earlier this month. She's scheduled to be released from jail Sunday.
In a hearing scheduled for Friday, an attorney for a woman suing Anthony for defamation will argue that the Florida mother should be deposed before she's released from jail. Zenaida Gonzalez sued Anthony, claiming her reputation was maligned by claims that a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped Caylee. Attorneys want to depose Anthony before she leaves jail.
