Afghan official: suicide bomber kills 4

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — Afghan police say a suicide bomber has killed four people, including three policemen, in eastern Afghanistan.

Provincial police chief Sardar Mohammad Zazai says the took place Saturday outside of a police headquarters building in the restive eastern province of Khost.

Zazai says the commander of an Afghan commando unit, Mohammed Zahir Khan, was one of the policemen killed.

He says at least 12 people also were wounded in the blast.
