If you need to peer into the worldview of the pro-abortion left, then you should follow Amanda Marcotte on Twitter.

Marcotte is a writer/blogger for Slate (a Washington Post affiliated site), the Raw Story, the Guardian, and RH Reality Check. Responding to a tweet by @jeremylatzke, Marcotte wrote:

Given her progressive resume, it's sadly not hard to believe that she tweeted this about abortion:

"Taking antibiotics terminates more life than an abortion. One organism < the billions you kill with antibiotics."

So, while conservatives are the ones being called anti-science, we have a feminist blogger who equates bacteria to unborn children.

Marcotte is also known for being the former blogger for the John Edwards campaign in 2008, and for calling the defenders of the Duke Lacrosse team "rape-loving scum."

Isn't she just a burst of sunshine?
