If the lackluster ObamaCare registration wasn't enough evidence that liberals were desperate to sell ObamaCare, the liberal website Progress Now Colorado has taken things to a whole new, bizarre level. The website has created a project called "Got Insurance Colorado" to convince certain individuals to sign up for ObamaCare using ads like "Brosurance" and "Club Med."
The ad for "Brosurance" features three college-aged guys named Rob, Zach, and Sam who claim to be "Bros for Life" and want to continue their partying ways.
The ad shows the three men drinking beer from a keg, with text reading "Keg stands are crazy. Not having health insurance is crazier. Don't tap into your beer money to cover those medical bills. We got it covered." The ad is so ridiculous that it is trying to sell ObamaCare to college-aged kids by telling them it will save them their beer money, or that they are just too stupid to manage their own finances.
Sadly, "Brosurance" is not the worst ad on the website. "Club Med" once again features two college-aged guys who claim to be "buddies for life" and need health insurance. This particular ad shows the two men, Zach and Sam, playing golf with the bizarre graphic reading: "Yo Mom, do I got insurance? My girlfriend broke my heart, so me and the bros went golfing. Then my buddy broke my head. Good thing Mom made sure I got insurance ."
"Got Insurance Colorado" also features ads like "Harness Health" and "Rode to Recovery" all attempting to sell Obamacare. Sadly, the website attempting to sell ObamaCare actually works better than the actual website, which cost more than $290 million, and still doesn't work.
Unfortunately, for all the "Bros" out there, it doesn't look like they will be able to buy "Brosurance" anytime soon.
