Police and Firefighters Get Into Hockey Brawl

April 7, 2014 - 10:30 AM

New York City police and firefighters brawled at a charity hockey match at the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island on Sunday.

Videos and photos of the bench clearing fight instantly went online. Many of the fans heard in the videos seem to be, um... “supporters” of the fire department.

According to the L.A. Times, neither the NYPD nor FDNY has commented on the brawl that left the ice littered with helmets and hockey gloves.

NYPD did end up winning the charity hockey event 8-5.
