A Houston man is suing a stripper because he claims he loaned her money and she didn’t pay him back.

As shocking as this all seems, the dancer known as “Nomi” tells Fox 26 Houston that this is the first time a customer has sued her. The customer says he loaned Nomi $2,000, a laptop and some DVDs, and he wants it all back.

She says the $2,000 given to her by 32 year-old Robert Wallace was a gift, not a loan: “I don’t believe in loans because I don’t want to pay anybody back.”

Wallace and Nomi met at the club 'Treasures' where she dances. A relationship of some sort followed.

He claims they were dating at the time of the loan. Nomi calls it a friendship. Either way, this loan dispute is putting a strain on their relationship.

Wallace claims the money wasn’t a gift.

Nomi looks upon it differently, “I have given him gifts, too,” she says.

“I mean, how do I get my booty and boobs back?”

It seems a judge may have to review a body of evidence when the case is brought to court.
