If you've ever been online (and if this is your first time, welcome) then you have probably seen this image.

The woman, Meagan Simmons, is now suing a background check website claiming that the company, used the photo for advertising purposes without compensating her or getting her permission.

In her lawsuit she claims that the images exposure online has caused her mental distress and was an invasion of her privacy.

The photo, which was taken in 2010 when Simmons was arrested for DUI, first appeared online in 2012 when a website called The Chive listed the photo under the headline "Who Knew Mugshots Could Be So Attractive."

It's unclear if the mug shot has really caused Simmons the mental anguish she alleges or if use of the picture was illegal to begin with.  But one thing is certain, a lot of people would kill to look that good in a photograph.
