Liberals Dump Dirt on Heads to Protest Israel

Dumb stunts in an effort draw attention to a liberal cause are nothing new for the activist left.

But last week, Code Pink and several other activists groups took the idiocy to all new level.

Activists put down a tarp in front of the White House and dumped buckets of dirt over their heads in order to protest Israel's air strikes against Hamas militants.

The protest is intended to emulate the ice bucket challenge and began when one Palestinian man posted a video of himself dumping rubble on his head. The rubble is intended to represent the rubble that remains from recent Israeli airstrikes in Gaza.

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has become an internet phenomenon over the last month and is meant to raise awareness for a terrible disease. The modern left views Israel in a similar way.  As a disease that is supposedly plaguing the otherwise peaceful Muslim world.

Fortunately, with  tactics like the Rubble Bucket challenge, it's probably unlikely that Americans will begin to take the foreign policy views of groups like Code Pink seriously, any time soon.
