Internships

May 13, 2010 - 6:10 PM

JOURNALISM INTERNSHIPS     CNSNews.com is currently accepting applications for its journalism internship program. Interns are taught how to write topical, lucid, fact-filled news stories on deadline and see their bylined articles published on CNSNews.com's multimedia Web site.

CNSNews.com interns cover politics and public policy in a direct, hands-on way, asking tough questions of lawmakers and leaders on Capitol Hill and doing in-depth research on issues.

CNSNews.com interns learn how to become objective journalists, covering issues, events, and newsmakers in a fair and balanced manner but pulling no punches when it comes to reporting the facts to the public.

For an internship application, e-mail Pete Winn at pwinn@cnsnews.com or Michael Chapman at mchapman@cnsnews.com. Snail-mail inquiries should go to: Pete Winn, CNSNews.com, 325 S. Patrick Street, Alexandria, VA 22314
