Sen. Roland Burris (D-Ill.) said that the Constitution's "health, welfare" provision gives Congress authority to mandate that individuals purchase health insurance.

Now that was a very enlightening conversation. I guess we know exactly where Sen. Burris stands on this question. At least we know he can dance, which makes him a naturual for a Dem Senator.
