Conyers: Don't Give H1N1 Vaccine to Foreign Nations Until U.S. Need Met

House Judiciary Chairman John Conyers (D-Mich.) said he must contact HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to oppose donating swine flu vaccine overseas until after Americans are covered.
