On its official Facebook page, Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas’s Fatah party marked its party’s fiftieth year since its first terror attack in typical, repulsive fashion by posting a graphic image glorifying the murder of Israelis.

The image found on the Fatah Party Central Page depicts a pile of skulls and skeletal remains, topped with a rifle adorned with the Fatah flag.

Atop many of the blood covered skulls is the star of David, a symbol of the Jewish people. The caption reads: “Fatah will remain, over your skulls.”

According to CNN, the image quickly drew backlash from many on social media sites, “including Ofir Gendelman, spokesman for Israel’s Prime Minister, pointed to it as a sign that Fatah is not as ‘moderate’ as it’s often described (calling the image 'despicable' on his Twitter feed)."

This isn’t the first time Fatah’s official Facebook page has had images that have sparked widespread outrage. In fact, says Arutz Sheva, “Fatah's Facebook page regularly features posts glorifying terrorism or anti-Semitism.”

But the hatred doesn’t end on Facebook.

“Following the recent massacre at a synagogue in Jerusalem's Har Nof neighborhood, Abbas's party expressed its joy at the news, posting: "Handing out candy in the cities of the West Bank in celebration of the Jerusalem operation, which was carried out to avenge the execution of martyr Yusuf Al-Ramuni and the violations at the Al-Aqsa Mosque," Fatah wrote on its official page.”
